Founded in 1977, Affect Plus (Association For Family Education And Communications Training) initiated on-site workshops in the field of death sensitivity, grief work, communication training and values clarification for medical personnel, individuals and families.

In 1988, Affect Plus became a provider of home study continuing education for mental health professionals. Carefully selected course material, well-designed tests and dependable service have earned Affect Plus a reputation for its quality learning and individualized feedback.
