"I did not know" does not excuse a psychologist when brought before the Board for disciplinary action. This course offers the Florida Psychologist the opportunity to review the State's current laws and rules. Fulfill 1 hour of your "Ethics and Laws" requirement by reading the 2007 Florida Statutes and Board of Psychology Rules and completing the test. The Florida Psychologist is required to complete 3 hours of "Ethics and Laws" each biennium. This course can be combined with our other courses on Ethics to fulfill your credits. (online materials)
